Chatalix offers premium subscription plans that provide enhanced features. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation terms for paid subscriptions.
2. Subscription Plans
Chatalix Premium is available in the following billing cycles:
- Weekly Plan: 7-day subscription
- Monthly Plan: 30-day subscription
- Annual Plan: 365-day subscription
All subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
3. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
- You will retain access to Premium features until the end of your paid period
- After cancellation, your account will revert to the free tier

4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital subscription services, refunds are generally not provided once a billing cycle has begun. However, we may consider refund requests in the following circumstances:
4.1 Eligible for Refund
- Technical Issues: Persistent service outages or technical problems that prevent you from using Premium features, and our team is unable to resolve them
- Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription period
- Unauthorized Transactions: If your account was charged without your authorization (subject to verification)
4.2 Not Eligible for Refund
- Change of mind after purchase
- Failure to cancel before auto-renewal
- Partial use of subscription period
- Dissatisfaction with features that were clearly described before purchase
- Account suspension or termination due to Terms of Service violations

- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
- For refunds processed through Razorpay, the timeline is subject to their processing procedures
7. Subscription Modifications
If you wish to change your subscription plan (e.g., from monthly to annual):

- Upgrades may be prorated based on remaining subscription time
- Downgrades will take effect at the next billing cycle
